All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping will take approximately 3 - 5 working days.
We use Australia Post Express eParcel.
We offer free shipping when you spend over $200AUD.
For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $10AUD
Garage 16 ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service for all our international orders. You should receive your order within 10 working days.

Once you submit payment, you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Garage 16 if the item is:
faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it and would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Garage 16 with proof of purchase, such as your original Garage 16 receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE ITEMS I’VE PURCHASE ONLINE?
For online customers, If you wish to exchange an item simply because you change your mind or If, for any reason, what you’ve purchased is not suitable we are happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt.

And contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org with all the details of the item you would like to exchange for and we will ship it back.
We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email.
